Olives ~ This little fruit has been around for more than 5000 years. There are still olive trees today believed to be over 2000 years old and varieties total more than 800.
Olives seem to be a traditional "Tapa". In Spain you are sure to receive one of these "small plates" of olives while you have a glass of wine or sherry.
Tapas - At Wild Olives we serve Tapas in the afternoon as an appetiser or light afternoon snack. Our servings are traditional - enough for one or 2 at the most. We suggest a glass of Spanish wine or your choice of any of our wines by the glass. Enjoy!!
