Behind the coat – A graduate from University of Houston with a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management and Culinary Training CIA, Chris loves to share his passion of great meals and selected wines with his guests. He loves to be a part of the community and is heavily involved in Destin Wine Charity, Alaqua, CVNH, Emeril Lagasse Foundation.

Wild Olives came to fruition in 2006 from his passion for food and wine. He loves to pair the two to enhance the experience of dining. He enjoys allowing his guests, who quickly become friends, to experience new wines and varietals at his weekly wine tasting. His new luxury wine program allows his guests to enjoy amazing wines by the glass or taste; some of the wine pours include Silver Oak Napa, Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, Odette, and Cade.
